Hard-wearing and often unnoticed, a lintel is a horizontal support that lays atop an opening and allows our passing through. Whether to a place familiar or daunting, the lintel provides an opportunity. Our approach was immediate but elegant, the rotated L represents both the lintel and the adventurous and supportive nature of this newly formed practice.
